Return Policy Instructions - Please Read
We have a 30 day return policy. If your product is defective or does not perform properly, it can
be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase
date.
You must do the following for a refund or replacement:
Important: Any product received not in like-new condition will be charged a 20% restocking
fee. Refunds will not be issued on damaged or incomplete/missing products.
Important: RMA's are valid for 14 days from date of issue. All product received after this 14
day period will be refused.
Do not return product without first calling us and getting an RMA# and making the proper

review the contents with you and issue an RMA# (Returned Merchandise

- All components and product materials must be returned, manual accessories etc.
