Product Description
The PS-902 is a large dual-band (800/1900MHz)
commercial building system. It comes with a single
interior antenna, but is designed to be expanded to
multiple interior antennas in larger buildings. The 900
Series systems have the ability to be manually adjust
uplink and downlink gain for both 800MHz and 1900Mhz
frequencies. All amplification equipment and power
supplies have been configured into an Amplifier Unit
(AU). The AU (approx 16 lbs) has been designed to be
mounted on a wall space of approximately 18" x 24". The
front of panel of the AU opens to provide easy access to
all AU components.
There are 5 major components in 900 series platform:
Outside antenna needs to be mounted on the roof of yourbuilding. Each of the outside antennas are designed to
be mounted to a pole. Coax needs to be run from the
outside antenna to the AU. The AU can easily be
mounted on a wall in a equipment, utility or storage
room. The inside antenna needs to be mounted on the
ceiling (dome) or wall (panel). Coax needs to be run
from the inside antenna to the AU. Standard wall plug is
required near the AU. Antennas do no require power. A
master power switch in the AU powers up all
components and indicator lights provide status
information. System can be expanded to multiple interior
antennas for larger coverage areas.
Mounting and installation is required with this system.
Exterior antenna is mounted on the roof. Interior antenna

signal strength, carrier frequency, interior obstacles, coax
length and the number of interior antennas used. The PS-
902 system has been designed to provide approximately
75,000 to 100,000 sf of coverage in weak signal areas (1-
2 bars outside). Larger areas can be covered when
multiple interior antennas are used or when outside
signal strength is 3+ bars. Please consult with Powerful
Signal to determine expected coverage area for your
situation.

| Multiple Antenna Options for Large Buildings |
Below are system configuration options that allow for up to 4 interior antennas. The Series 902 can power more than 4
antennas in many circumstances. Select each antenna type, ceiling dome or wall panel. Select cable length needed to
go from either 2-way, 3-way or 4-way splitter to the antenna. Outside rooftop antenna and coax also need to be selected.
Special Note: Interior antennas need to be separated about 75+ feet unless there is concrete or steel between then.
