The PowerfulSignal SOHO Kit (Wilson 801245) amplifies and boosts cell signals and has been
configured for a small room in a home or office.  The dual band 50 dB wireless amplifier works
with 800/1900MHz carriers except Nextel/iDEN.

Product Description
This kit has been specifically designed for small
and simple implementations that do not require
long cable runs.  Interior and exterior antennas
should be separated about 20 feet to avoid
oscillation between the antennas.  See the
installation guide.  Installation of exterior and
maybe interior antenna is required.

The Wilson 801245 SOHO Kit is compatible with all
US 800MHz and 1900 MHz cellular carriers except
Nextel/iDEN.  This cellular kit improves both voice
and data cellular communications.  The dual band
50/50 dB amplifier unit is primarily designed for
small room or workspace installations.

Two white 240 coaxs are provided to connect the
inside antenna and outside antenna to the
amplifier.  The amplifier needs to be placed near a
wall plug for power or power needs to be brought to
it with an power extension cord.

Note: The inside and outside antennas should be
separated a minimum of 20'.  This may vary
depending upon signal strength and obstacles.  
This is to prevent the two antennas from oscillating.

Kits using the SOHO amplifier are designed for a
small room.  These kits are designed to improve
your cell signal to give you a
usable signal to make
calls.  You will need 1-2 bars outside your building
for best performance.  Expect a 5 to 15 foot
broadcast radius from the inside broadcast
antenna.  This radius will vary depending upon the
strength of the outside signal and the frequency of
your carrier.  Do not expect 5 bars throughout the
room.

If you need longer coax runs, then you may want to
look at the
SOHO Plus Kit or SOHO Max Kit.

Antenna Information
The inside panel antenna is directional and
broadcasts signal in a single direction.  It is
designed to be mounted on a wall.  The dome
antenna broadcasts in all directions and is
designed to be mounted on a ceiling.

This kit comes with your choice of outside
antennas.  The dual-band 22" pole-mount antenna
is omni-directional and receives signal from
multiple towers and carriers in all directions.    The
dual-band directional antenna is stronger and
receives signals from multiple towers and carriers,
but they all must be in the same general direction
(87 degree horizontal beam).  The directional
antenna should be mounted on the side of the
building closest to the towers and pointing away
from the building.  Mounting hardware is included
and installation is required for all antennas.
