Body: What was excellent about the customer service was I was able to tell them what I wanted to
accomplish and how I wanted to connect to my current system and they identified all of the pieces
needed to make the connection. Then, when the order arrived everything connected just the way it
was supposed to. The antenna I ordered needed to connect to an existing system that they don't
carry, with different connectors, so they went through each step to insure that I had each connector
or adaptor needed to make the connection. You would think this shouldn't be hard to achieve, but I
have a number of spare parts floating around from companies that sent me the wrong things. And
with connectors, it usually costs more to ship the parts back they they're worth.

applications for the Wilson SOHO amplifier at home, in the office, in the car, and on board a ship.
Since the needs vary with these applications I hope to find out if a single portable amplifier can be
made to serve in different ways, by changing the antennas and antenna positions, and adding
attenuators. Perhaps Wilson will eventually produce a multi-purpose unit with selectable

Body: The antenna and amplifier did not achieve the results I was looking for in the area that I was
at. This does not mean the unit did not work. I had to travel 100 miles to go pick-up the device and
in that travel I tracked the signal strength in those areas. As I returned home the signal strength
had increased in many (not all but many) of the areas that had very little signal on the way. I will say
that the device is well made and easy to install. So, my overall advice to the consumer is that the
device does work in some situations (if you have a weak signal) but will not increase a no signal
area.

Body: What was excellent about the customer service was I was able to tell them what I wanted to
accomplish and how I wanted to connect to my current system and they identified all of the pieces
needed to make the connection. Then, when the order arrived everything connected just the way it
was supposed to. The antenna I ordered needed to connect to an existing system that they don't
carry, with different connectors, so they went through each step to insure that I had each connector
or adaptor needed to make the connection. You would think this shouldn't be hard to achieve, but I
have a number of spare parts floating around from companies that sent me the wrong things. And
with connectors, it usually costs more to ship the parts back they they're worth.

applications for the Wilson SOHO amplifier at home, in the office, in the car, and on board a ship.
Since the needs vary with these applications I hope to find out if a single portable amplifier can be
made to serve in different ways, by changing the antennas and antenna positions, and adding

Body: The antenna and amplifier did not achieve the results I was looking for in the area that I was
at. This does not mean the unit did not work. I had to travel 100 miles to go pick-up the device and
in that travel I tracked the signal strength in those areas. As I returned home the signal strength
had increased in many (not all but many) of the areas that had very little signal on the way. I will say
that the device is well made and easy to install. So, my overall advice to the consumer is that the
device does work in some situations (if you have a weak signal) but will not increase a no signal
area.

Body: The booster works great. Where I had no service, with the booster I had all bars. One thing I
discovered was that plugging the antenna into the antenna port rather than using the velcro patch
gave me an additional bar or two. I would go that route. This is the only booster I ever tried. Going
from 0 to 5 bars, it doesnt get any better than that.
